How do you do rim shots on the snare with this setting? But fine for so less time...

That snare is looooow. I'd advise you flatten it out and/or move it higher. That snare setup looks like it can really hurt your wrists down the line.

The playing was alright, but it looks like you're trying to run before you can walk. You seem to try to pull off these fast licks and rolls, but you don't really have control over your sticks and feet at those speeds yet, so it sounds pretty messy and very uneven. I'd recommend you slow things down and get some solid time before trying to pull that off.

Having said that, it appears you have a good understanding of the instrument, and your grooves (although few and far between in that video) are pretty... erm... groovy :-)
