I always wanted to name a band "Piso Mojado". I don't know why but it seems like a cool name.

Another one I tried pushing on the bandmates: "astrophobia".

It's a documented phobia, a fear of outer-space.

Yellow Snow
Big Richard (personal favourite!)
Bastard (Lemmy from Motorhead wanted this name for the band but never had the balls to go for it)

With your genre, put the word "the" in front of just about anything and you've got a band name.

Throbbing Grissle!

Awesome...just awesome. I'm stealing this.

It should be awesome - it was a proto-industrial group from the mid-late 70s. Chris & Cosey eventually distilled out of it

Breaking Up Soon (your first album could be the a Best of)

My Sister's Rash (akward but memorable especially if you are introduced to audience)

One Notes

Oh Needers (stupid)

Fast Crash (drummers will get it)

Obamarama (great black chick band name)

Nut job (must have groupies to use this band name)

AT&T (best chance for corporate sponshorship money)

There is no 1. (perfect for free jazz group and poor audience turnout)

Ongoing (in the music listing page in the newspaper it will look like you're playing everywhere)

"Stainless Steel" I always thought was a very suitable name for a metal band

I was in a band called "Free Beer" man did we pack the house LOL

I remember a interview with Jimi Hendrix and he almost called the Band of Gypsies "Paper Airplanes" simply because a name isn't. going too launch a band the music is. What a concept

my cousin was in a band called "Lizard Skinners" I thought that was a funny band name.

Very original, Wy. Probably a bit too original, though; I can't see them catching on.

Now, the Ovarian Sisters (I prefer that to "Cysters", Nick) ... that's a real winner! :)
