hi this is the first time ive linked my playing to DW so would loke some feedback. ive been playing for around 4 years and been in a band for about 6 months. all i have is an amature recording from a cheap multitracker. its on our myspace : http://www.myspace.com/therevelatorsuk

will be going into the recording studio in october so will have some more songs then.

Your doing just fine but the whole band needs to tighten up the timing. If you simplified the beat work to get more of a groove going, I think that would help a lot. Try removing the cymbal fill you're doing every 2 bars in the verse. Just drop one in once or twice. Good luck on your journey.

Well, my favorite track is Achilles Never knew Anger. I have to agree with keep it simple.
The hi hat on some of the songs sounds like it's a beat ahead and the snare a beat behind. You may have done that on purpose. It was a little weird for me. The Achilles song you were right on with it, so it makes me think you may have been messing around with the beat in the other songs on purpose.

Drums sound great. Especially your toms. They sing nicely.
