Now I've remembered my blog password I'll be updating it more often with some of the stories behind my snare drum collection - http://lifetheuniverseandsnaredrums.blogspot.com/

In addition, if you wanna look at lots of drums, cymbals and other nonsense - http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v601/DaveB/ (albums are down the left hand side) and if you wanna hear some of it -

I have also got hold of another Edge, another fairly unique Craviotto and an older Dunnett along with some updated kit photos which I'll be posting when I get the time.

Hey, Dave.

That's some cool stuff. I love the snare drum acquisition stories. More, I say, more! You have a really special collection and it's good of you to share it. Keep those stories and photos coming, please.

All the best.

Got these two through from the US this week.

2001 Dunnett copper 13x5.5 called Ludwig and a 2008 Craviotto 14x6.5 cherry in Sea Green Pearl. I am led to believe there may not be another one around in this finish.

Dunnett - http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v601/DaveB/Snare%20Drums/Dunnett/Ludwig/
Craviotto - http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v601/DaveB/Snare%20Drums/Craviotto/Cherry/

I like the patina on the copper.
