Best practice pad?

I have been playing with sound offs on my drums. I really like them, they save my ears and allow me to practice when others are in the house.

The problem is that I find that the feel is really different when I take them off and play on the normal heads. Can anyone recommend a product whether it be stand alone or something that you place directly on the heads that really emulates that real drum feel?

No, unfortunately such a product doesn't exist. I've found the Sabian Quiet Tone pads to be the closest for feel. Pricey though.
