O.K. It is time to introduce myself and my equipment:

My name is Hansjörg (my friends call me Jack) and I am living near Stuttgart (Germany). I was born in 1964.

I started playing drums very late with the age of seventeen in 1981. A movie of Cream with Ginger Baker was putting a virus in me.

My favorite drummers are Davbid Garibaldi, Chad Sexton, Billy Cobham, Steve Gadd and all the drummers who played with prince.

In 1986 I bought the set I am playing since today:

Sonorlite: 10, (12 I don't use this actually), 13 TT, 16 STT, 22 BD

Snare: Ludwig Supraphonic 14x5

Cymbals:
Ride: Paiste Formula 602 Heavy 22"
Splash: Paiste 2002 12"
Crash: Paiste 2002 17"
China: Paiste 2002 20"
HiHat: Zildjian Quick Beat 14"

Hardware
Sonor and Tama
HiHat: Tama HH805 Iron Cobra Velo Glide
BD-Pedal: Tama HP900RS Iron Cobra Rolling Glide
Seat: K&M 140007

Sticks
Regal by Calato Rock

Heads
Snare: Remo Ambassador coated on batter, Reso original
Toms: Evans G2 coated, Reso original
BD: Evans EQ4 coated as batter, Reso Sonor (Remo Powerstroke 3 white coated)

And now some picks (quick and dirty with the mobile phone):

Nice looking Sonor! I had the same kit for 37 years prior to buying a new one 3 years ago (50th birthday gift to myself)...you do get comfortable with a kit and there's nothing like a kit that you are used to playing behind!

Wow, really nice gear. Sonors, Supra, 2002s, ICs...all awesome stuff. I wouldn't change a thing.

Totally agreed, also the formula 602 ride is a very nice choice.

that's a nice kit, the Sonor's have such beautiful finishes, like the set up and great Paiste's, enjoy...

I look rougher than that and I'm 20!

Nice looking set. Kits with small toms and big bass drums seem to have a lot of attitude. Sonors are top-quality drums.
