Any suggestions? It isn't sever or anything, but I can tell that my left wrist is a little stiffer than my right.

Practice any technique like push pull, the free stroke, that works your wrist in a smooth and correct way. After many hours, your wrist will feel much better.
In fact, you may want to try Dom Famularo's The Weaker Side, which is one of the most brilliant books I have ever studied...

Your probably right handed, as most are, and you use your right hand much more than your left through out the day. Naturally your right hand is going to be looser than your left.
And when we practice we get excited when we improve. The right hand almost always improves faster than our left. So, we work on our right hand to get the most satisfaction out of practice. For most of us, our left hand always suffer. For some of us willing to work very hard, we have strong left hands. (I'm trying to be in this group.) @:-) - I use traditinoal grip and I am working this out right now.
"Exercise. Exercise. Everybody do your exercise! - Hands on hips, hands on hips, touch your toes with your fingertips"
Most likely it is physical. Just need to work it out.
Just reiterating Casper.. He said it all. Work, work, work!
( Dom Famularo's The Weaker Side - Going to try this one myself!)

Thanks guys! I actually have The Weaker Side, great book. I'm on drumline now at school and that push pull stuff is garbage for the rudimental chop nazis. It's about fulcrum pressure, forearm and all that stuff. I'm trying not to over do any of that stuff so that I don't get some sort of repetitious muscle problem.

branflakes992,
Out of curiosity: what is the drumline technique to do double roll? If it's not push-pull (wrist-finger), is it just pure rebound for the 2nd stroke?

well it is until you do doubles a little faster then it's a lot of fulcrum pressure and arm which I don't like.
