View Full Version : Gretsch Customer Service Is Up There
I recently found that a lug had broken off from the inside my small tom that I bought over 23 years ago. I emailed Gretsch just to find out where I might purchase a replacement. They sent me a brand new replacement lug at no charge! That's a pretty good warranty if you ask me.

Because Gretch now has Kaman handle all their customer service.
Kamam has always been a leader in Customer service in the music wholesale world.
Prior to this, Gretch used to have the worst customer service on the planet. I've got all sorts of horror stories of screwed up orders.
Thankfully, Gretch realized somethings are just better done by experts.
