combining two axis ekit trigger's outputs

Im using a roland spds and im currently triggering my kick with a ddrum trigger. Theres only one trigger input on my spds, so in order to use the axis ekit triggers on my AL2 would I need two inputs? Is it possible to use a splitter to split the trigger input cable comming into my spds from the ekits to accomadate both output cables of the ekit triggers?
