This is very standard stuff. Any good drum store should have this.

All the calls come from songs. There is an album with all these songs on them, and a book of the songs. I haven't seen mine since the early 80's. But, since I'm currently on vaction and visiting my parents, I can look for this information for you. The computer is at my sisters though so I can't help you at the moment cause that's where I'm at.

BTW, if you've been involved in this, it's fun and excellent practice. If you like this, look into the tattoo's. Not the artwork! lol
