Stick Control b. George Lawrence Stone
Progressive Steps to Syncopation b. Ted Reed
Technique Patterns b. Gary Chaffee
If you've worked a lot out of those sorts of books and already have good reading skills and a command of the instrument, check out:
Syncopated Rolls for the Modern Drummer b. Jim Blackley
Mastering the Tables of Time b. David Stanoch
Master Studies b. Joe Morello
That said, any of those books - used wisely - will give you all the material you'll ever need to make huge improvements in your playing no matter what your current level of accomplishment. More important is to find yourself a living, breathing teacher to guide you. Personal transmission is more important than owning another book.

The one book that I HIGHLY recommend to improve your hand technique, and maybe even foot technique, is called Stick Technique, by Jim McCarthy.
go to www.sticktechnique.com and check it out! I bought the book a while ago and didn't see any MAJOR improvements until a week or 2 of practicing just paradiddles on my practice pad. I went from playing paradiddles as 16th notes at 140 beats per minute, and now I can play them as 32nd notes at 110 bpm, which is the equivalent of 220 bpm, I believe.... yeah. 220 bpm 16th notes.
Now that's effin fast!!!! haha
It's actually the entire reason I decided to join a drum forum. So I can recommend this book to people! lol
I really hope you take my advice. If not, good luck! But seriously, check out the website!
p.s. the only problem is that you will not be receiving a physical product. It is an eBook, meaning you can only view it from your computer. the good news however, is that you can print it out! it's a little over 100 pages.
