Metronomes Below 40 BPM?

It seems that most metronomes only go to 40, or in a few cases 35, BPM (as an aside, anyone know why that is?).

Are there any decent metronomes out there that can go lower? I would like to have the click on just one beat per measure to improve my time, but I also want to do it at slower tempos.

I put my own metronome on 145, 100, 60, and 40 and it was right on beat. Let's just hope that my own metronome is accurate.
