I thought this may help those that are as cheep as I am.

I found this 10 space ATA case on clearance at a local music store and had a great idea. I added a piece of wood and 4 casters to one of the lids and we have a nice hardware case for the stands, throne, pedals, sticks or what have you.

The case measures 19"X20"X26"
plenty of room

Case $40
Wood, casters and hardware $28

Total cost for a nice heavy duty ATA trap case $68

Keep your eyes out and your mind open. You never know what you may find.

The guy I got my last set of drums from used a hard shell case for golf clubs at a hardware case. i thought was a great idea! it has two casters for rolling it along and its solid enough... Don't even have to break everything totally down due to the height!
