drum lugs bulk

is there anywhere that i can find some bulk drum lugs?
id like to not pay $250 for lugs if possible...

so if frank from unix goes to put lugs on a shell, he goes to the same places we all do?
precision, drummaker, etc...

seems like someone should sell matching lugs in packs of 10, 50, 100... with bulk pricing.
