What is the best doublebass kit for $1,000?

I'm looking into buying a new kit for myself and I really want a double bass drum kit instead of a standard single bass kit. I personally prefer the feel of two single pedals over a double pedal.

So what do you guys think is the double bass best kit for $1000 - $1300?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sonor Force 3007 if you prefer maple or 2007 if prefer birch. I haven't played or have heard anything else in that price range but have owned a Force 3007. Sound, build, and materials are excellent.

Hey man, I have a friend that's selling a huge Pearl Session kit. 2 kicks, 4 toms, 2 floors, snare drums.....great condition....for around 1300 or 1500....can't remember.

If you're looking for a new kit.....you can't beat the Sonor 2000 or 3000 series for the price.

I'll put the Pearl Session into consideration, but do these Sonors you guys are talking about include two bass drums? Or would I have to purchase another myself? Yeah, on the Sonors...they might cost you more than 1500 for a 3000 series with 2 kicks. About 1500 on the 2000 series.
The Pearls would be a good deal for you...I'm sure.
