View Full Version : The new TAMA HYPERDRIVE !!

I was in my local drum shop the other day talking about upgrade to my kit and we got onto Tama and he showed me a picture of the NEW Superstar hyperdrive, It's called the Superstar custom hyperdrive.

The differences are instead of a drum wrap it's finished with a laquer. There some different finishes you can have it in and they look lovely!

but it would be AWESOME if they done all the starclassic sereis in hyperdrive?

Did you ever wonder why tama doesn't make the floor tom and kick just as shallow?

I saw a DW kit that did... a REAL hyperdrive setup, not just the toms.

What's wrong with the shells? I happen to play a regular superstar and love them.

You can get starclassics in hyperdrive sizes but you have to order them piece by piece
