Aquarian Response 2

Does anyone use the Aquarian Response 2 heads? What are your thoughts?

I tried them. They are like clear emperors, but IMO, a little warmer.

I use the coated version on my 14" & 16" Floor tom and they never failed in three years.

Warm deep fat tone with still good attack and resonance with medium tuning range (I found the coated version sound fuller with higher tuning tension).

Exactly what I use on my toms (clears). I've had no issues at all, love them. I have a cheaper kit and used other comparable heads by Evans and Remo and the Aquarians were the heads that made this kit sing.

I will try the same exact heads on my pro-level kit, but it may not be quite the right fit and Ill have to go to other heads. Who knows? Still, my experience with Response IIs have been awesome.

Been played with the Coated Responce 2's for the last 7 months. LOVE these heads. They last so much longer than anything I have tired and love the tone. I found them to be a lot like Evans G2's, but with a longer life.
