Again, I have made the final decision to buy a Remo Coated Powerstoke 3 for my Pearl Masters Custom 22" kick. And using the old stand by, Remo Ebony Powerstoke 3 for the front side. I have not read to many threads on this set up for a kick and just wanted some thoughts. I see that Tommy Lee is still using the Coated PS3 as a batter head and I love the sound it gives. The same as the clear just warmer and more fat. Thank you.
