Hey hey all!
Finally got my kit up to scratch and all i need now is a decent throne , as mine is the same throne i got when i was 9 which came with my canon kit (ouch).
Not a fan of the bicyle seat like ones , not saying their bad , just didn't like them myself.
So basically what im looking for , is a comfy , padded , round throne thats easily adjustable (eg not one with the holes , a technical term :P).
Ermmm budget , i'd say around £50-65.
Thanks very much!

Was thinking of a few :

I'd suggest going to your local drum shop and trying one out. Anyway, if you HAVE to order online, I'd suggest a SONOR 400 series throne. Just your basic twist-to-adjust throne, and it's pretty comfy too!

hey zoofie, you can get stagg thrones for around £60 which are kinda like the tama ergo riders and very good for the price, also best prices i have seen for uk stuff is www.Gak.co.uk allthough zildjian prices have shot up alot in the last week but other brands are the same. i normally use www.percussionhouse.com since its only around £5 more expensive than most things on gak but since i live 2 miles away i can just pick it up so i dont have to pay for delivery. and always check ebay theres a few british ebay shops that have alot of deals on at this time of the year.

This is the most important piece of drum gear you own. If youe but and back hurt you will not play well. Get the most comfortable throne you can afford.
