What kind of help do you need? it sounds like a bunch of fast triplets followed by 16th notes on high tom and low tom + bass.

This is what I can interpret looking at it right now:

Some transition in the middle
then
3x (LRL)

T --x
B --x

Which slowly goes to

T -x-x-x-x
