HI,
So I've been playing for 6 months now and still having some timing issues. I was thinking about getting the SD1 electronic pad(Simmons) which is designed to improve your timing, tempo and touch. It is basically a regular drum pad, but it can feel the hits and help you stay on time. Its sorta expenses, a little over $100. Does anyone have any advice on this, should I get it or forget it?? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with the Simmons pad but I have heard really good things about the Roland RMP pads. The only criticism these pads I have heard is that some people do not like the mesh head.
