anyone had any experience with this i like the looks and will sound gr8 but want an opinion

If I could afford any "Anniversary" snare to date, it would be the Pro-mark. That thing looks and sounds beautiful! So does the Zildjian 280th. It's art!
The Remo is no where near as expensive, probably $650 or so,

I am not fond of the looks of the Remo, nor the throwoff. I am a "strainer snob" and for me, it's the Trick GS-007 or nothing. The Remo strainer looks like a cheap 60's throw.

i prefere the remo tbh but thanx anyway but wembley drum centre stopped selling them today :( have to find somewhere else maybe ebay

Yeah, I can understand why! When the Trick is so much better and readily available, why do these guys reinvent the wheel and make it less round?

ive got 1 got it for christmas its amazing shame the strainer is aweful if u do like 5 rim shots comes undone

I can't say that wasn't my assessment. That is a shame for a snare that costs that much.

just to come back to the strainer issue ive fixed it all you have to do is get a spanner and tighten the bolts inside the strainer 1/4 from factory and its sorted

Theres one of these in the local drum shop. Used though, looked in good nick.

they are good and are pretty damn certain to go up in value get the tuning right and it is amazing :) even better now ive fixed the throw :)
