I need to ask these questions in order to do some research.

1) What are the things about your drums - bass drums, toms, snares - that you dislike the most? This can include congas, djembes, etc.

It could be cheap tension rods that don't stay tuned, or inferior lugs, bass drum tension rods, snare throw-offs, snare butts, no snare bed, mufflers or lack or mufflers, bass drum spurs, the tom mounting system, rims, cheap wrap or inferior paint jobs, bubbling, no reinforcement rings, bearing edges, lack of bearing edges, etc. Just anything would be helpful!

2) If you had a drum manufacturer listening, what would you tell them to improve upon?

3) What features about your drums do you like the best? This can be anything: color, cost, type of wood used, etc.

I apologize if this has been asked in the past. Thanks a bunch!

2007 Ludwig Classic Maple

The only thing I would hope to be changed is the floor tom legs, they seem to slip or you have to REALLY tighten them down because the etching in the rods seems to not have very much grip or its the clamp itself.

I would also like to have mufflers installed(baseball bat) just for that classic ludwig touch.

Other than that I love EVERYTHING about the classic maples, the finish, the lugs, spurs, claws, quality maple shells, and slightly rounded over 45 degree bearing edges, it all screams mmmmmmm to me. :-)
