I got my Gretsch Catalina Club Mod from Musician's Friend.

I think they made a mistake on the online price, their catalog said $499.99, but on their website it said $449.99. so they gave me the lower price!

then I looked online again after I got the kit, and sure enough, they changed the price to the correct $499.99 price.

so basically, because of a typo, I saved $50 on my new kit!

I saved $400 on my PDP 805 because of a typo. I bought it from Guitar Center, but they price-matched Zzounds. The thing is, the price on Zzouns was the same price as Guitar Center's $800, only it included hardware, and the GC one with hardware was $1200.

Also, I think you mean the Catalina Maple Fusion.
