I made a little video explaining the sticking behind this tricky pattern. I've never met anybody who already knew how to play this, and I only knew it from watching Gerson's video very slowly, many, many times when I was younger.

Hey guys, thanks for watching.

The china I'm using in that video is a broken 22" Wuhan. There are quite a few large chunks missing from the cymbal, but it still sounds fantastic. I didn't break it, and it belongs more to the band than myself, but I still have lots of fun playing it! Where do the best china cymbals come from? China. Why pay for expensive stuff eh?
