Great tune! I can't identify the exact song title, but it sounds like it was recorded in the late 1970's, and I'm almost 100% certain that Steve Gadd is playing drums. The guitarist sounds like Earl Klugh (maybe?), and the keyboard playing reminds me of Bob James.
