I had a bit of trouble being comfortable with my 12 inch tom where is was on the rack, so I put the clamp and tom are on the inside of the top rack bar and got it close enough to reach easier. The 8 inch was already on the inside due to its diameter being smaller.
Check the photos for the change.

Subtle, yet effective change. my friend. I just hope the tom mounts don't rub together.
BTW, I can't believe Longoria's hit stayed in...UNGH.

The clamps with this rack are very good at staying put once tightened.
Lotta wind in that stadium. Its football weather.

Very nice setup! It looks almost identical to the way my kit will look, down to the cymbals.
How has that Taye pedal been?

The pedal is great. Taye metalworks that I got from Shane at JustDrums.
The beater is generic but the pedal is as solid as a rock.

That's cool, you're drumset is so....clean. Is it because you play lightly, or replace the heads often?

Nice looking change. My toms are the same sizes and arranged almost identically.

I shower once or twice daily, and my house is clean most of the time.. I don't think being a heavy hitter would make them any dirtier.

I mean, like, there are no marks on the heads or cymbals.

Most of my sticks have nylon tips.

Oh, I guess you're right. I just realized...the only reason my heads get so filthy is because I Sharpie my sticks when I'm bored in class.
