Hi !
I ordered my new kit on tuesday and got it today... That was
very fast... My local dealer is so cool ! Anyway, Sonor does
not makes a kit with the config I wanted so I had to order every
parts separatly (speling ???)... That was more expensive but I
got exactly what I wanted: 18"X16" bass drum, 14"X14" floor
tom, 10"X8" rack tom and 14"X5,5 snare...
The bass drum don't have the volume of a 22" or 20" but the tone
is just wonderfull, even with the stock Remo UT heads... I tryed
it low and it sound rock but will tune it med high for that famous tone
I like... It sound round with less attack that my 20" Sonor birch...
Should be perfect with a coated PS3 or frosted EQ4...
The finish is white sparkles and from what I can see, flawless !!
The tom and floor tom sound warm and full frequencies, again,
compared to my 2005 birch... (same high but more mid and low)
The Remo UT head on the toms are OK but will probably change
them with the classic Remo Ambassador coated... I like coated
sound better...
Just one pic for now... more to come...

Cool kit,
I'm waiting on a Sonor kit in the exact same sizes. Did you use the sonic boom rebate?

That kit looks great. They are in the same sizes, in the same color that I was lokking at yesterday :D
How much did they cost ?
Nice config and great sizes! Normally I'm not a fan of white drums but I am a fan of sparkles, this combo looks great!
I also like how you went with the 10" tom, I use to have a sonor 2005 and I loved the sound of my 10X8 w/ coated ambys on them.

That is ONE amazing looking kit. The sparkle looks amazing.
Your bass drum would make a great floor tom!!!
Man, Sonor is a great company. I had a 3005 for a while and loved it. Nothing but great things to say!!

Great kit! Those 3007s are really cool. Love the white sparkle. Just wish they would have kept making the black sparkle too.
Wish they had white on the 2005s or 2007s....
Nice kit!

Wow, I`m simply impressed! With the Force line Sonor really offers awesome drums for awesome prices. Congratulations, that`s a very beautiful kit!
Where did you get this particular configuration (18", 10", 14")? Do they offer this configuration as a set? I thought about getting one before I decided to go for another (very "near") option.
Happy playing! :-)

Haha, you`re right. Seriously, I was so impressed by the pic I didn`t read carefully. =)
Thanks for letting me know, I`ve seen this configuration on Sonor`s website and first thought they would offer it as a regular set.
Unfortunatly they do not...
Thanks again,

Great looking drums. Classy white Sonors. Well done, my man. And those most recent pictures, very Adam West - era Batman...

I like it. What sort of music are you using them for?
phil_qc

I play a lot of classic rock but my biggest influence
in drum is John Densmore from The Doors... So, Doors
covers and I try to play some jazz riff but I'm not so good
at it... But I love jazz patern so I practice a lot...
I'm in the jazz mood since about a year so
that explain the small bass drum and 10" tom...
I just ditch the stock heads for some coated G1
over clear G1 and the sound is very warm, mellow,
without attack... for soft playing... I still have my 20"
bass drum kit for louder music...
Thanks !!

1200 big tomatos... without hardware... in my opinion, way too expensive,
but that's what I wanted...

oh damn!! i was expecting them to be somewhere around 800$ considering the jungle kit is priced around that much.

Hi !
it's only an example they are showing... they do not offer that
setup in pre config kit... : (
It sure look sexy... but also sound good for a mid quality drumkit...
I'm already looking for my next kit, maybe a Yamaha oak in that
exact same config... maybe a 16" bass drum... nooooo I like 18"...
Thanks !

The jungle kit come with a 16" bass drum but no snare...
So $800 for only that is not a lot better... it's still expensive...
The Yamaha Hip Gig is an other option... come with everything
for $800... The Manu Katché jr model...
Thanks...

WOW! Very Nice.. i had a couple of questions about your kit if ya don't mind.. I wanted to know if it is possible to order a 18' X 16" Bass Drum, a 12 x 8 mounted and a 14' floor tom without a snare or possibly hardware..I think that's called a Zero kit.. I was wondering if you knew what that would cost based on your purchase..Thanks..
Very pretty kit! Does it sound as good as it looks?

Looks nice. I always like white drums, even though those are quite small. Get Evans EQ1 coated batter and EQ1 Coated Reso head for that bass and it will sound quite big and full (and you can choose whether or not to have the muffling ring on the batter)
