Its a work in progress. My first decent kit. I'm slowly swapping cymbals with high quality ones but as you can see, I still have some of my beginner ones set-up. I'm a poor college student so I put what money I have available into my kit. Specs worth mentioning:

Ride: 21" Paiste Signature Full Ride
China: 18" Sabian Hand Hammered
Crash: 17" Zildjian K Custom Fast Crash
HiHats: 15" Zildjian ZHT Mastersound
Pedals: Mapex Janus Double
Roland SPD-S

Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks.

Update!:
Heres a recording of a song we are working on at practice.
The song is no way near complete and the singer has yet to add his parts but tell me what you think anyways.

Glad to see someone else in the same boat as me (glad, well, kind of...) I'm also a college student on a budget. Congrats on going with mapex. You will love it, I guarantee it. I know exactly what it's like to replace old gear over an extended period of time, it sucks, but it's totally worth it when it's done. Good luck!

haha thanks man. It takes a few years to figure out where you want to go with your kit, but once you reach that goal it's amazing. I'm totally happy with my setup right now, but I'm kind of addicted to additions now (not saying that's a bad thing though...) Keep on drumming, stay focused, practice, and have fun!
