New Hi Hats

Ok so my hats arrived the other day so i thought i'd put them up, got them at a steal of £200 brand new. god i love ebay.
ill try and get a pic up of my kit soon gonna move it outside 1 day for a good pic.

Very nice! Those seem to be quite versatile hi-hats...how much is the weight of yours?
I guess the top is about 1000g?

What music do you make mostly?

Great choice, I listened to some Peter Erskine recordings featuring some Dark hats. They do sound awesome and so solid!

the combined weight was around 2.5k kilos and to be fair they sound amazing. i was originally going for a custom hats. didnt really consider going for k customs or even k due to the price. but seeing the deal on ebay i jumped at it.
and karl i play everything from jazz to hard rock, i play very lightly on my cymabls since i want them to last :). but from just simple grooving or messing around to playing jazz and hard rock they sound excellent. and holy crap as i just found out a few seconds ago they sound awesome micced up :o
