rogers supreme repair tips please

My wife recently got me a rogers supreme bass pedal in need of some TLC

I have found a source of replacement rods for the underside

I need to know more about " side spurs" which i believe are missing from this circle area each side..

are they absolutely necessary? could any of you owners possibly show me photos or spec for them?

There is a small brass screw which is holding the post end of the tensioner spring

this obviously needs replacing with a proper locking peg.21067
Are all locking pegs standard?.Meaning if i was to take one out one position would it fit the other holes (i don't want cross thread anything.)
if so I will get some from an engineers factors (They're not metric are they,I'm assuming not)

any help photos ,tech specs or resources would be greatly appreciated...

The bracket on the side is a L bracket with a point. You loosen the screw and push it down to did into the carpet.

Search ebay. There is a ton of vintage Rogers stuff right now.
