Any one used Thomann Cyberstore?

Are they good? I am after buying an expensive snare drum and I was wondering would it arrive to me in one piece or not, am I safe by ordering expensive equip from them?

I´m a customer for 7 years, never had any issues with them. For larger piles of equipment, you can even negotiate better deals. Plus, within 2 weeks after shipping, you can send the stuff back and your money gets wired, no questions asked. But thats standard with most of the bigger stores.

Me and my fellow musicians have placed many, many orders throughout the years, and we've had no problems so far. I would recommend you to support your local retailers, of course, but if you need something that isn't available, Thomann is your best bet (in Europe, at least).

Yes, I sometimes place orders there. I also spent a great day at their store. They really know their stuff and the salesmen are so kind.
My drum teacher got some of his stuff there, too. He told me about their amazing logistics.

They know how to send musical equipment and will surely pack it well. It`s a very practised and quick process. I wouldn`t worry about that! =)

they are great! very reliable, fast service, never had a problem with them. most of my drums and recording stuff comes from Thomann.
