Bring up the drums in songs

I am trying to learn a song, but there is too much other things going on. At this point i would like to reduce as much of the other stuff as i can so i can hear the drums clearer how would i do that. what would i have to do with the equalizer.

i was wondering about this too, but what i did is just focus on the drums.

Drums span the entire spectrum of sound frequencies from the lowest lows to the highest highs, so trying to make the drums stand out by using EQ is impossible. You just have to put in the hours and train your ears.
