Playing with a Click Track

I need suggestions on how to set up a click track. I have in ear monitors hooked to an aviom system so I can control my own mix. I quess this means I could be the only one hearing the click. Do bands using in ear monitors throuhout let everyone hear the click? Also, what percentage of drummers do you think actually use clicks or loops during live gigs? Any information or advice on this topic would be helpful.

Don´t know any percentages, but other than for real "technical" rehearsal purposes, you probably don´t want to bother your bandmates with your click track, that I´m pretty shure of.
I´d try rehearsing the songs with and without click. In my experience, if the song is well rehearsed with click, it will benefit a lot if you play it free afterwards, in terms of vividness.
