Probably this topic has been around for so long, but, anyway, let me try:

Id like recommendations for a good metronome. My Roland TD 6 has a built in metronome, but its a pain to work with, i really having problems getting used to it. Most of the times i use my very old simple wheel metronome.

I did google and ebayed a little and found some im curious about:

Korg seems to have a drummer oriented metronome, that has all rudiments built it. Is it worth it?

Roland/Boss has the DB-30/60. Any good?

The infamous Tama analogic metronome, that everybody seems to have!! Is it any better than the difigal options avaliable?? Its expensive, so is it worth the 100U$ bucks??

Thanks for any recomendation!

Get this

http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Planet-Waves-FullFunction-Tuner-Metronome-?sku=210065

It also is a tuner, and is what I and Bob Gatzen use to tune drums.

And the metronome is fantastic as well, with lots of options.

It is worth the investment.

Thanks!!

What I liked about it is that is also has a Timer built in!

Im currently looking for a timer that has auto-restart because its a nice thing to have so you know when to change a rudiment pattern, or groove, or whatever. I use my cell phone's timer, but its a drag because i have to stop practicing to re-start it again.

Any comments on the Korg BeatLab metronome versus the Boss DB-60 versus Tama??
