Just found this and thought it was a pretty amazing fill, it baffles me everytime even when it is slowed down. If anyone can work it out it would be much appriciated.

That's a pretty cool fill. I was actually inspired to figure it out. It seems that he's mainly using a grouping of 7, mixing single strokes with the hands and doubles on the kick. You can figure out the drums he uses, or what YOU want to use, but the basic pattern (with some slight variations, cross-overs, etc...) is:
R L R L F F R L F F R L F F
