I'm looking for new headphones.
They have to be good with an ipod, mp3, cd player and potable so I can use them in bus, plains and outside
I also want to record drums with them so I have to hear the music and the drums.
I have no idea what I want.

In-ear style ones are nice for portability. Ultimate ears are good choice. It also depends on your budget. I went through this same thing a couple of months ago. I don't know what your budget is but I find that I wouldn't spend under $100 if you want to get something good.
If you want around the ear ones Sony has some nice models

The Shure SCL-2 (?) single driver, are a nice bang for your buck. 100 bones ebay-style. I wanted dual-driver...actually triple...but 3 is way over the wallet.

Thanks for the answers.
I'm more looking for over the ear but in ear could also work.
I know the sennheiser hd 280 and had 25 are really good headphones.
The bucket is not the problem.

I've got a set of the Sennheiser HD 280 headphones and they are just incredible. Really comfortable too, and are good protection for your ears when playing drums.
