Elo. My first uploaded recordings, using a roland td-3kw kit and audacity. Nothing too fancy, but it works for me :-) Listening to yourself is indeed a very good way to spot weaknesses; and believe me, I almost shat myself while listening to a recording of me improvising. The metronome and I are closer now (<3). xD
I also own a Gretsch Renown Maple - which I'd love to use for recording, but I haven't had the time nor the money to build a studio.. maaaybe one day ^_^
I've been drumming on/off since 20. august -07 with no practice routines whatsoever. *Refers to sloppiness*. And I wonder, is it my timing that is bad, or can the recording push the beat a little? Sounds to me like I play slightly behind the beat on every take. *Sigh*.
Any kind of feedback greatly appreciated!

BTW!! ignore the ride sticking during the bass intro of hatesong, it's just a volume check! Furthermore, I skipped the outro.
