Where's Rick Allen?

Well I emailed Bernhard Castiglioni several times, with no response, but I was just wondering why Rick Allen isn't featured in the famous drummer list. With what he went through, and teaching himself a whole different way to play drums, he certainly deserves due respect, and recognition.

So far Rick Allen - Def Leppard, is included in the Wishlist of drummers.

Also Rick Allen made an outstanding drumming on previous albums: On through the night, High N' Dry, Pyromania and Hysteria. After that Def Leppard they tend to mellow, with all respect.
