Gaucho - Steely Dan (note by note)
That one should make it... ;-D
p.d.: first post here.. hehe
Oh yeah...
Love the band, love the song.
I went through and learnt the whole album. (Under The Table and Dreaming) It's really worth it if you've got the time and patience and transcribing skillz.
Pretty much charted it all out, and used it as my practice schedule for a couple of weeks. By the end I could play through the whole album, all except for Pay For What You Get (didn't have the patience, and it came at the end of my holidays, so I ran out of time).
Dancing Nancies is awesome. Warehouse has a fun (and simple) cowbell part. Satellite is in 3 (or 6, however you feel it) with a funny bridge part. Ants Marching has a crazy crazy fill at about 4:04... check it out.
I'd highly suggest learning the whole album. I recently got Live at The Gorge and hoping to work through it when I have time over the holidays.
It's great to check out Carter's two handed hi-hat work. As well as some of his swift one hand work.

the only store we got is a guitar center, and we don't have a big variety of books or anything, just on snare and stuff like that...i don't really like going in there, those guys are really really cocky and don't really help u, well some of them at least

I've always loved the groove to Motley Crue's - Dr. Feelgood. It's all done with a single.
