problems with tension rods

I just bought a new pdp snare, and I keep both heads real tight. Ususally after a show or between music sets some tension rods will pop out, is there anything I can do or buy that will solve this problem?

they pop out!? like... they come out of the lug?

Yes, please explain. Also, notice the threads on the tuning bolts. Are they stripped or cross-threaded? You could have a problem with the lugs, the bolts or both.

the kit I got is brand new, dw pacific. A couple of tension rods actually came out of the lug and on to the floor during the last gig I played. Made sure they were tightened down, they just came out of the lugs for no reason and it was the resonant side of my snare of all things.

this happens on my pork pie maple snare. I'd like to know how to fix this as well. I've resorted to overtightening the head and I can't get the sound I want.
