14 minutes flies by when you divide the time up like this, and each finger gets attention, and your weakest fingers get that little bit more attention as needed.

RH = right hand
LH = left hand
thumb=1
pointing finger=2
middle finger=3
ring finger=4
little finger=5

for example RH5 1:15 = Right hand little finger for 1 minute 15 seconds.

so heres the procedure:

****Each hand only ever does 8th notes. When both hands play together, 16th notes are played because both hands individually do 8th notes****

Day # 1

RH5 1:15
RH4 1:15
RH3 1:00
RH1 1:30 (just the thumb and pointing finger)
Both hands, all fingers, RH lead, RLRL 1:00

LH5 1:15
LH4 1:15
LH3 1:00
LH1 1:30
Both hands, all fingers, LH lead, LRLR 1:00

Both hands, all fingers, RH lead, RLRL 1:00
Both hands, all fingers, LH lead, LRLR 1:00

Day # 2 (same as day # 1, but switched)

LH5 1:15
LH4 1:15
LH3 1:00
LH1 1:30
Both hands, all fingers, LH lead, LRLR 1:00

RH5 1:15
RH4 1:15
RH3 1:00
RH1 1:30 (just the thumb and pointing finger)
Both hands, all fingers, RH lead, RLRL 1:00

Both hands, all fingers, LH lead, LRLR 1:00
Both hands, all fingers, RH lead, RLRL 1:00

That's it. I like to use the final two minutes per day to push the tempo up a bit.
