Anyone out there tried Hornets?

They look cool, feel good in the hand but the price has turned me off them ($32 a pair in Australia).

Are there Hornet users out there?

What's good about them and what's not??

I got a pair a while back and they are pretty cool. If you get them dont use them for casual playing cause for 32 bucks a pair you gotta make them last. I mostly just used them when i neeeded to quickly switch to mallets during a song, the butt end is great for that. The bump in the middle of the stick takes a bit of getting used to too, so you might need to slightly adjust your technique, but it does help with grip if you keep dropping sticks, and it is pretty comfertable on your hand. It takes a while to get used to the balance of the stick too.
