Hey guys this is my first video post here. We got a new mac so i've been farting around imovie. I'm just throwing around grooves and whatnot, nothing fancy. Transitions and some fills are sloppy but just ignore that... Any feedback will be appreciated and feel free to criticize my playing. Thanks.

From what I could hear that was great playing, although it was hard to distinguish the ghost notes, so I had a hard time understanding what you were actually trying to play. If you can get a better mic, I'd love to hear another video.

Nice dude, you've got a swingin jazz feel for being 15. Work on playing with a metronome to steady your groove. Keep it up. I would get a nicer, jazzier ride man! That thing sounds like a silver plate!

thanks guys, i really want to get a nicer camera and a nicer mic. Yeah, i know, my ride blows. zbt's are alright for first cymbals but i cant wait to buy a new ride. Probably something real jazzy like istanbul, bosphorous, or maybe sabian legacy or hhx. Any suggestions?

good swing, bud. Metronome will do wonders to your playing.. not that you are out of time, but it will make it.. swingier.

sabian hh leopard ride, it's excellent for jazz, hh jazz ride, goes without saying really.
nice playing dude, but i didn't hear much bass drum.
