Jim Capaldi

While but a footnote in the history of drummers, Jim Capaldi was a fine drummer and songwriter. He wasn't technically "Oh my gawd!", but if you listen critically to some of the playing he did with Traffic, there's just some really clever, yet subtle things going on.

DrummerWorld has pages for some crummy, yet mainstream players. Jim Capaldi really does belong in the ranks.
