Well, first and foremost I've never heard of your band before... NOR many bands of that and similar styles... yet it makes me reflect on one of the coolest aspects of this place, and it's the ability to learn, share and discover new things.
I enjoy the fact that we as drummers all have that role and passion in common, even if it is in such different forms of it... a GOOD DRUMMER is something very easy to recognize and very hard to become, regardless of style.
And you are one.

Hey Matt welcome to the site. Your my favorite metal drummer and a huge inspiration. Really glad ABR is doing more mainstream tours and not just festivals. You came to Lifefest the last couple of years but its too expensive for to afford lol. Cant wait to see you guys when your in wisconsin next month with As I lay Dying and Misery Signals, two of my favorite drummers in one night! I think im going to the green bay and milwaukee shows. Check out my band sometime haha (so cliche).

Wo cool haha. to be honest i didnt really expect any drummers who im a fan of to come here to drummerworld. but welcome! abr is one of the very few bands of that genre that i really like, just because its different, too many of the other bands sound too similar. I havent seen you guys since the christmas show at the chamilion club though, which was crazy, i thought i was gonna die in that pit haha. Can't wait to see you again.

The music isn't my cup of tea too, but you are a great drummer, had a look at this video on youtube of you in the studio.

Wow, I'm surprised to see such a great drummer just come on these forums and post. I just recently started getting into your band, my friends showed me a lot of your stuff, and I'm really impressed by it. Messenger's is a great album, and I was blown away by your drumming. Because I just started listening to you guys, I haven't bought your album yet, but even hearing some songs from my friends zune a few times, I can seriously say you should be the #1 modern metal drummer. You're a great influence for young drummers like me, and you don't need to try to show off to show your skills on the set. Another thing I want to add is how relatively simple your drumkit is, yet you make it sound like you have a hundred different drums and cymbals!
Anyways, what I'm trying to say is you are definitely one of the best current metal drummers, but the most underrated. You've just set an inspiration for me to follow as a drummer, and I think you deserve much more credit than you are receiving.
Peace, -Tommy

I think you just wasted a few minutes of your life. If I'm not mistaken, this is a fake... :/

just gonna go out on a limb and say its pretty flipping sweet Matt Greiner is on drummerworld, old news right?
And Im gonna basically agree with everyone else and tell you that you're a fantastic drummer, and a huge inspiration to myself. ABR is huge in Hagerstown (not surprising, seeing as how Dustin lives in Smithsburg, or something like that, idk, its what Ive heard)
Im almost def comin going to the show in Allentown and since Underoath, Emery and ABR are all amazing, I know it'll be a great show
God bless and keep drumming, at least until the sun dies out and we all have to huddle for warmth

Matt is an amazing drummer! Can sit for hours listening to his drumparts and trying to work them out. Such an inspiration.

I just got to hang out with Matt today at Drums Etc. in Lancaster, PA! It was a great time, the event was hosted to promote his new signature drum stick. I now own a limited edition signed pair!

You and Ben from Parkway Drive and my heros, man. I think it's sick how you're not afraid of displaying your faith too. Much love to you and the rest of ABR man!
