SAE is a good place to study, I considered it when I was applying for Higher Education, but decided against it because of the expense. They've just relocated the London branch to Hackney, but the facilities are custom-built apparently. I would consider it and take a look - I've heard good and bad. You are apparently very independent there and not chased with the work (like many Higher Education facilities). Their instruction is known to be amongst the best, but it's a tough course and a lot of the people who apply are unrealistic - so make sure you can stick it.

and plan to set up a record label in the future..

I know a couple of people who are there at the moment. They're enjoying it, but it's very engineering-heavy, so not for everybody.
