I don't think I've waited long enough

Bare with me as I'm somewhat ranting right now

So back in January I went into Sam Ash with some gift cards to order some drum bags (couldn't use the cards online) The bags were not in the store and no store in my area had them. I could only afford the specific bags and since i had a gig in 3 weeks i didn't think i could find the money for different ones. The people at sam ash said...2-4 weeks. I said fine.

they haven't come to the store yet. ive been calling every two days after the 5th week and they definitally know me by name.

So what to do now...and what should i do by the time they do get in?

Blankets work if you're just going around town. I wouldn't recommend them for a long trip though. I never put my drums in cases. It takes more time to get away from the gig and into my bed if I do. :P

Simple. Go in, pick up the bags when they do come in. Kindly say that you're not happy and that your business will not be with them in the future. Pay them, and walk out.

Why can't you use the cards online? Most web sites have a space on the payment page to put in the card numbers.

Does samash.com use gift certificates?
No. Gift certificates are only available & only able to be used at the Sam Ash Music retail locations.

If it is maybe have your gift givers give you cash next time and explain why. This policy is not like most I assure you.
