Loops, Marco Minneman

I just recently saw a video of Marco Minneman playing with loops. They were cartoon loops i guess you could call them, it was just phrases the cartoons characters say in their show like family guy, futurama, simpons, etc. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get these kind of loops it would be apreciated if you could tell me how to find them.
