on his forum he says he likes EVANS G1s on both sides, but on a video of him playing we can see he is using an EVANS EMAD. So maybe he likes g1s for live sound and emad for recordings ?

I've always thought that he's used the Evan EMAD on the 18" bass. With no pillow or muffling inside the drum, the EMAD or Aquarian SuperKick II (I believe) are good go-to options since they have the foam ring built into the head.
Remo Powerstroke 3 clear heads are also really good for bass drums.
For Erskine's toms, he uses Evans G1 coated and sometimes the J1 etched on the snare.

hm i have an emad on my other bass and i really like it.
but thats a 22 and i dont know how its feel on a smaller bass.
i was thinking maybe a PS4 fiberskin head from remo.
does anybody have any thoughts or experiences with these heads?

A PS Fiberskyn head would probably over muffle an 18" bass. These pretty much killed the sustain of my 22x18 when on both sides. Jeff Hamilton has Fiberskyn Diplomats on his with an occasional felt strip behind one of them. Since it's only 18", you might could try something like an EC1 or EC2.
